Wood Beads
Wood beads have long been used in jewellery and crafts and it is wonderful to see them gaining popularity once again. Due to their light weight and natural tones they can be mixed with stone or glass beads and quite large pieces of jewellery can be made which are not too heavy. They are primarily made from exotic woods in the Philippines. The harvested woods are used for timber, construction, furniture production etc. And the wooden beads are made from the leftover waste material.
Sold as temporary strung 40cm (approx) strands.
