Russian Serpentine 6x10mm Rondelle Beads

From Russia’s Ural Mountains and named from the Latin work for snake (serpens) it is said to resemble.  Has been used for ornaments and jewellery for thousands of years.  Serpentine amulets have historically been worn to protect against snakebites. Said to restore self confidence and dispel fear.  An earthing stone which aids meditation. Veined and mottled light and dark green.  PLEASE NOTE:  The shaped beads are a darker green than the round ones.  Sold as temporary strung 40cm (approx) strands.
