Black Onyx

Legend - A stone associated with wizards and sorcerers.  In classical times it was engraved with the image of Mars as an icon of courage.  In the Middle East it is believed to absorb sorrow.

Properties - Believed to be one of the most powerful protection stones.  It absorbs and transforms negative energy.  Enhances self-control and mental clarity.
