Prices

All  prices are in  Pound Sterling.  All bead strands are approximately 40cm.  All Bali beads are priced per item unless otherwise stated.

 

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order quantity or a minimum order charge - just order as few or as many items as you like.  Some items have limited stock.  Although we endeavour to keep the web site up to date, if an item is out of stock we will contact you straight away.

 

Buy Online

To purchase an item just click the Add to Cart button.  When you have finished shopping just click the View Cart button to start the payment process.  Depending on your browser, the cart will appear in a new window or a new tab.  If you cart appears in the tab, then just swap tabs to continue shopping.  If in a window then click “Continue Shopping”.  All online purchases are paid via PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account you do not need to create one.

 

Order by Email

If you wish to pay by cheque, then you can email your order.  Either use the Contact page to inform us of your requirements or email us.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY CREDIT CARD OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION WHEN USING THE CONTACT FORM OR WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER BY EMAIL.  We will confirm receipt of your order and send you an invoice.

 

Postage

All orders will be posted by Recorded Delivery within two days of receiving cleared payment (usually the following day).  U.K. Postage charges are as follows.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

International buyers.  Postage and packing will be charged at cost.  Please contact us with your requirements for a postal estimate.

 

Returns

Every endeavour is made to accurately describe and photograph all items.  However, gemstone beads are a natural product and may vary slightly in colour and pattern.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and will refund the cost of any item if returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt.  All returns must be notified by email within 7 days of receiving goods and returns must be packaged properly to avoid damage and posted by Recorded Delivery.  We regret that postage and packing charges cannot be refunded.
