Do you have a shop?
No, we are a mail order company and do not currently have a shop or showroom. We do, however, exhibit at Bead Shows throughout the year. If you would like details of the shows we attend then please contact us.
Do you accept returns?
Every endeavour is made to accurately describe and photograph all items. However, gemstone beads are a natural product and may vary slightly in colour and pattern. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and will refund the cost of any item if returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be notified by email within 7 days of receiving goods and returns must be in their received condition, packaged properly to avoid damage and posted by Recorded Delivery. We regret that postage and packing charges cannot be refunded.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All UK Orders will be posted 1st Class Recorded Delivery, unless the weight is over
2kg or the value is high. If your order is received before 12am, we aim to include
it in that afternoon’s postal collection (except Wednesday and Saturday when there
is no afternoon post). Therefore you should receive your order within 24-
I was out when my post arrived?
We will always email you the tracking number of your parcel so you can check its progress. If you are out when delivery is attempted a card should be left for you to collect or rearrange delivery. If no card is left, you can arrange a redelivery through the Royal Mail website. If your parcel is not delivered or collected within 10 days it should be returned to sender. If we receive your parcel back, a refund for the cost of the goods will be issued. If you still require your order you can then reorder in the usual way.
Do you sell wholesale?
No, we are a retail outlet although we aim to keep our prices very competitive and comparable to wholesalers.
How many beads do I get in a strand?
The standard length of strands is 40cm and this would give the following number of
beads:-

10mm -
12mm -
15x18mm -
Please accept this as a guide only. Strands can vary due to calibration of the stone and if you require actual numbers, please email us with the size and type of stone and we will provide you with the exact number of beads.
Will the item I receive be the same as on the Website?
We do try our best to ensure the pictures on the website look exactly like the products. Unfortunately, due to the natural variations in the stones and the different calibration settings on computer monitors, tones of colour may display differently.
